These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of your treatment: what a doctor will and will not do is agreed with you at the clinic, in person, before anything happens.

Using this site means accepting them. If you would rather not, the telephone numbers on the contact page work just as well.
This site is information, not medical advice
Everything here describes treatments in general - what they usually involve, how long they usually take, how long people usually need to recover.
None of it is advice about you. Whether a treatment suits you is a judgement a doctor makes after examining you and reading your history, and the answer is sometimes no. Do not start, stop or change any treatment because of something you read here.
In an emergency, do not use this site
This site cannot help you quickly. Nobody watches the booking form out of hours, and a request sits until someone opens it.
If someone is seriously unwell, call the emergency services on 112 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. The clinic's own line, +62 818 588 911, is answered around the clock.
An appointment request is a request
Sending the form asks the clinic to hold a time. It does not hold one. The slot may already be taken, the doctor may not be in that day, and the treatment you asked about may turn out not to be right for you.
You have an appointment when someone from the clinic confirms it, and not before.
What you tell us should be true
Use your own name and a number that reaches you. A request under a false name, or with a number nobody answers, holds a slot another patient wanted, and the clinic may cancel it.
Prices and availability
Any price shown here is indicative and can change. What a treatment costs depends on what you actually need, which is known after the consultation rather than before it. The clinic will tell you the price before treating you.
What is on this site belongs to the clinic
The text, the photographs, and the name and marks of Bali Medic Care are ours or licensed to us. You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own use, and link to it. You may not republish it as your own, or use our name to suggest we endorse something.
Places this site sends you that we do not run
WhatsApp, the map on the contact page, and any social media we link to are other people's services with their own terms. We choose to link to them; we do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they do with your visit.
The site will sometimes be unavailable
We keep it running as well as we reasonably can. We do not promise it will always be available, always complete, or always current. Where something here disagrees with what the clinic tells you, the clinic is the authority - ask.
The limits of our responsibility
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude.
Beyond that, we are not liable for loss that follows from relying on the general information here instead of asking a doctor, or from the site being unavailable when you wanted it.
Which law applies
Indonesian law, and the courts of Indonesia.
